Do you deliver outside of Colorado?  “We ship select items nationwide; larger pieces marked ‘Local Delivery Only’ are available for pickup or delivery within Colorado. Call our online sales line for a shipping quote to your area.”

Why do some items say “Local Delivery Only”? Certain larger or higher-value pieces — like select leather sofas and recliners — require in-home delivery and setup by our own team rather than a freight carrier, so we currently offer those only within our local delivery radius. Give us a call and we’ll let you know your options.

How long does a custom or special-order piece take?  “Most special-order upholstery and leather pieces take 4-8 weeks. Depending on the piece, like pacific green it can take up to 6-12 months if it is not in stock.”

What’s your return policy? See our full Return Policy for details. “Unused items may be returned within 14 days; custom orders are final sale.”

Can I see these pieces in person? Yes — our showroom is located in Gunnison, Colorado. 100 Spencer Ave. Gunnison, Colorado 81230. Several of these pieces are in the store, some are not in stock. This website can be read like a catalog for the options we can special order for our customers if they are not in stock. We’re also happy to answer material and sizing questions by phone before you order.

How do I keep leather or cowhide furniture from fading in a sunny mountain home? Buy our Skidmore restoration cream, it does wonders for leather and wood pieces. Also, keep pieces out of direct, prolonged sunlight, use UV-filtering window treatments if the furniture faces south or west, and rotate cushions periodically so wear and fading are even.

What’s the difference between “rustic” and “mountain modern” styles on your site? Rustic pieces lean into traditional western materials and detailing — heavy wood, iron accents, cowhide, and warm tones. Most items ship nationwide via freight. A handful of larger or locally made pieces are Gunnison-area delivery only and are clearly marked on each product page.
