Return Policy

NO HASSLE RETURN POLICY

Damaged Items:  Please inspect your item carefully IMMEDIATELY upon delivery. If you receive your item and it is damaged, please call us at 970-641-0727. Damage must be noted on the bill of lading the delivery driver brings you to sign. Please provide pictures of the damage, including pictures of the packaging and the specific areas of damage on the item. Minor imperfections including small cracks, knots, surface markings, and color variations in wood, or scars, brands, etc. in top grain leather are normal and are not defects. Back at the Ranch will repair or replace the item at our discretion at no cost to the buyer.

Returns:  If you are not satisfied with the merchandise you purchased, you can return the merchandise within 14 days from the day received and we will refund your money excluding the shipping or delivery fee.  Restocking fees and processing charges may apply, including a 5% credit card processing fee and/or 10% restocking fee.  The merchandise must be in excellent, like new condition, and in the original packaging.  Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer.

Refunds will be issued after the merchandise has been received and inspected by Back at the Ranch Home Furnishings.

Custom orders, made-to-order items, special orders, clearance products, and gift certificates are nonrefundable.  All sales are final for bedding, custom upholstery, made-to-order case goods, mattresses, clearance and closeout items.  Final sale items will not be accepted for return.

Cancellations: Any order, including customer and special orders, can be cancelled within 24 hours from placement of the order.  After 24 hours our return policy will apply.
